Here is the individual timeline for the project. In addition to a master calendar, I created this sheet based around my teammate's individual goals to help different parts of the pipeline stay on track.
Teach a Fish to Man is an a 60-second extracurricular short created over 2 semesters.
I served as Project Manager, where I facilitated dailies both among our 25-member team and our professor/industry mentors. I am responsible for all of the project management materials for this project, including an asset list, shot list, master calendar, individual calendar, and time-tracking log. Coordinating such a large team was an incredible learning experience.
I also served as this project’s Rigging, Animation, & Rendering Lead. To create our two characters' rigs, I utilized a combination of procedural rigging techniques through Python as well as Maya’s own tools. These were my first scripted rigs and I learned a lot through the process.
