Below is our project's GANTT Chart and Shot list. Of all the Project Management tools I made for this short, these two were by far the most helpful. Our shot list helped us track which files were being referenced into others and where we were all at within our respective shots so we didn't accidentally step on each other's toes. The GANTT Chart helped us keep our major deadlines in mind so we could tailor our production around when different aspects were due.
Prototype is a 30-second animated short created in 15 weeks by a team of 7. I served as Project Manager, Rigging Lead, Animation Lead, and Rendering Lead.
As Project Manager, I was responsible for the creation of our project management materials, including time-tracking, shot and asset lists, and scheduling. Throughout the semester, I also conducted regular one-on-one check ins with my teammates to ensure we were all on the right track and enjoying the project.
