"The Freak Show" is my senior capstone project centered around project management and story development. I created this project with three other artists and served as Production Manager. Since I've worked on a lot of projects with Google Sheets as the primary project management tool, I decided to try something new with this one and use Jira.
I am responsible for project management, story, all aspects of the characters except for surfacing, rigging, animation, CFX, lighting, rendering, compositing, and sound.
My wonderful teammates are Grace Alanis, Alex Lindgren, and Maggie Lloyd. They are responsible for all textures and environment models. Alex is responsible for character surfacing and character concept art as well.
This is what our GANTT chart looks like within Jira. Currently, the project is nearly a month ahead of schedule thanks to regular team meetings and clear communication channels.
